NOSE: Delicate, small bubbles with floral, fruity tropical fruit aromas.
PALATE: The taste is pleasant, elegant and balanced. The sparkling wine is fresh, dry in taste and medium bodied. The character of the sparkling wine is provided by the main grape variety- Gewürztraminer, which gives floral aromas, while Chardonnay provides liveliness, freshness and fruitiness.
VINIFICATION: Pressing at a low pressure, fermentation of the base wine in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, after 6 months, filled into the bottles, where the secondary fermentation takes place.
Steyer Vaneja Dišeča Penina Brut and food: The sparkling wine can be served as an aperitif, with cheese or medium rich dishes.
