The whole family plays an important role when it comes to the development of viticulture, with each individual contributing their irreplaceable and unique share to the process. We treat our vines with love and respect and provide them with everything they need so that they too can return only the best.
We look respectfully at the sky and hope that it will spare the vines from harm and that they will be kissed by the sun’s warm rays and strengthened by the beneficent rain. We look forward to those magical autumn moments when we pluck the precious fruits off the vines.
Our hearts swell with joy when we are finally able to savour the sweet berries and we can already envision a glass filled with the precious liquid. All worries are forgotten for a moment, as we are grateful witnesses to a miracle that we never really stop marvelling at. Honestly and without false sublimity, we feel part of nature, which is truly perfect, mighty and strong, as it blooms every spring.
Generations of the Steyer family are connected to music, with members of the extended family playing various instruments, and music is a constant companion at the celebrations and events related to wine, making the slogan of the family estate: Wine is the melody of our hearts.
We believe that wine is the crown of nature
Producing wine is a challenge that is repaid when we see the happy expressions on the faces of its drinkers. Furthermore, wine transcends the boundaries between land and people. It is a pleasure to meet new people who provide us with the will, joy and drive to give the wine our best and beyond, and to think over and over again about how we can outdo ourselves. In any case, we are in the process of learning our whole lives, with nature being a strict yet rewarding teacher.
