NOSE: very aromatic, notes of rose, ginger, cloves, ripe yellow peaches and lychee.
PALATE: The sparkling wine is fresh, dry and full of flavour and medium bodied. The taste reminds of yellow fruit, tropical fruits, dried fruit and toast. There is a nice balance between sugar and acidity, with a long aftertaste.
COLOR: golden yellow
VINIFICATION: Pressing at a low pressure, fermentation of the base wine in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. After 18 months, filled into the bottles, where the secondary fermentation takes place.
Steyer Vaneja Dišeča Penina Brut Nature and food: This sparkling can be served as an aperitif, while it can also complement some appetizers and main dishes, especially if we play with the spices.
