NOSE: Delicate, a fine bouquet of red fruit, dried fruit and toast.
PALATE: The release of the CO2 in the mouth is pleasant and refreshing. The taste is balanced, harmonious, with a delicate aroma of raspberries, currants and strawberries. It calls for another glass after just one sip.
COLOR: pale pink
VINIFICATION: Pressing at a low pressure, fermentation of the base wine in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. After 6 months, filled into the bottles, where the secondary fermentation takes place.
Steyer Vaneja Sparkling Rosé and food: Great as an aperitif or paired with appetizers and lighter mains.
