NOSE: Aromatic wine with a rich taste of dried roses, cloves and delicate notes.
PALATE: A full-bodied and structured wine that has a good balance between alcohol, acids and sugars. We detect aromas of ripe citrus and tropical fruits as well as dried fruits such as almonds. The wine has a very long aftertaste.
COLOR: golden orange
VINIFICATION: After destemming, the berries are placed in an acacia barrel in which maceration took place for 24 months. Spontaneous fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Steyer Mark Extreme and food: It goes well with mature aromatic cheeses, spicy, rich foods or can be enjoyed by itself with a cigar in a pleasant company.
