PALATE: Structured, full bodied, complex, we notice the typical Gewürztraminer
characteristics, complemented by aromas reminiscent of overripe lychee, cinnamon, cloves and dried figs. We also notice some gentle notes of vanilla, tobacco and herbs. The wine has a very long aftertaste.

VINIFICATION: Maceration 48h, spontaneous fermentation, 50% in acacia barrels and the other 50% in barrique barrels.
