NOSE: Pronounced, with a clear varietal bouquet reminiscent of rose, spices and ripe yellow fruits.
PALATE: The wine is dry, with a hint of residual sugar, full bodied and of intense taste, which is joined by noble honey notes and varietal characteristics.
VINIFICATION: Maceration 48h after the harvest at a controlled temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature to preserve the Gewürztraminer flavour.
Gewurztraminer and food: Gewürztraminer goes beautifully with Asian cuisine, goose liver, veal, cheese and spicy dishes.
