NOSE: The bouquet offers unmistakable, typical for Riesling, notes of lemon, peach, yellow fruit.
PALATE: It is dry in the mouth, with a hint of the residual sugar, which goes nicely with the wine and balances the lively acids. The taste is accentuated and fills the mouth nicely.
COLOR: lemon yellow
VINIFICATION: Maceration 24h after the harvest at a controlled temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature to preserve the Riesling flavour.
Riesling and food: Best served with seafood, pork, veal, spicy dishes and Asian cuisine.
